Our commitment is to offer you an exclusive, safe, and personalized experience in the water. To maintain the quality, safety, and personal dedication that define us, these policies protect your adventure and ours.

Booking and Payment

To confirm any course or aquatic experience with us (including cenote dives, turtle snorkeling in Tulum, sport fishing, and SDI scuba courses), we require a reservation fee or deposit to lock in your date, time, and availability. This reservation fee secures your spot exclusively on our schedule and allows us to begin coordinating logistics, permits, and equipment specifically for your private group.
The remaining balance of the total service cost must be paid in full on the day we begin your experience.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

Our time, equipment, and resources are dedicated entirely to providing you with the best possible private experience. Because we limit our daily bookings to small groups (2 to 8 guests) to ensure safety and personal care, cancellations affect our schedule directly. However, we offer clear, fair refund tiers based on advance notice, as well as full protection in case of bad weather.

Bad Weather / Unsafe Sea Conditions

Full 100% refund if weather conditions prevent activities (e.g., turtle snorkeling, sport fishing). Option to reschedule with flexible hours.

7+ Days Before Activity

Full 100% refund for any activity cancelled 7 days or more prior to the scheduled date.

3 Days Before Activity

75% refund for cancellations made 3 days prior to the scheduled activity date.

2 Days Before Activity

50% refund for cancellations made 2 days prior to the scheduled activity date.

1 Day Before Activity

25% refund for cancellations made 1 day prior to the scheduled activity date.

Same Day Cancellation / No-Show

No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Operating costs and exclusive slots are fully committed.

Rescheduling Policy

What We CAN Do (Subject to Availability):

If you notify us of your need to change dates, we will do our best to reschedule your experience according to our current agenda availability. Your reservation fee will be applied to the new date, provided the activity takes place within 4 months of the original booking date.

Important Note on Rescheduling: While we always strive to honor your requested rebooked date, we reserve the right to propose an alternative date within the 4-month period should a change be necessary due to external weather factors or operational schedule requirements. We will always communicate any changes with the maximum possible notice.

What Results in Loss of Payment:

If you fail to notify us in advance or simply do not show up on the day of the activity, the total payment made (including the reservation fee and any subsequent payments) will be forfeited in full. This is because our team, vessel, gear, and instructor hours are reserved exclusively for you.

Diving Insurance and Certifications

When you book with AquaAdventours, you are investing in a premium, personalized aquatic experience. Here is a clear breakdown of what we include to ensure a smooth, transparent adventure:

Dedicated Instruction: Personalized, small-group attention (2 to 8 guests max) from Oswaldo, your certified SDI Instructor, prioritizing safety and comfort.

Official SDI Certification Fees: For all SDI certification courses, we include all official agency processing fees for your international digital certification card.

Local Tulum Transportation: Transfers to and from local dive sites within the Tulum area are included by prior arrangement.

Personalized Logistics & Planning: All site entry coordination, boat charter slots, and gear preparations are fully managed for you.

Personal Diving Insurance: Personal diving or medical insurance is not included. We highly recommend purchasing personal diving insurance prior to your activity for complete peace of mind.

Meals & Accommodation: Meals and lodging are not included (unless specific refreshments/snacks are noted in tour inclusions). We are always happy to recommend great local dining options!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My family and I were able to take a boat out to snorkel and see the ruins. We snorkeled with sea turtles, a sting ray, a puffer fish and other small fish. We were able to get away from the other group of people and snorkel at a reef. They knew what they were doing, it was great being a private group going out.

We combined with some fishing snorkling another day.  They were able to pick us up at Airbnb we were staying right across the bay from them. Oswaldo was on time and friendly. We caught some great fish, couple good sized barracuda.  The guys cleaned and prepped them.  Even got good pictures with the kids and the catch.  We have three small kids and all managed well.  We stopped off and did some snorkeling in an amazing reef with the kids and even swam with some turtles. Oswaldo in particular has great English.  I speak some very little Spanish and we were able to communicate easily.

He hecho varias actividades con él a lo largo del tiempo y siempre ha sido una experiencia increíble. Hemos hecho snorkel en Casa Cenote, recorrido en kayak para conocer la zona y ver al famoso cocodrilo, buceo y también varias salidas de pesca, tanto de troleo como pesca con arpón. Oswaldo conoce perfectamente la zona y el agua, y siempre hace que cada salida sea diferente y especial. Lo mejor de todo es su atención. Es súper profesional, amable, paciente y siempre está pendiente de la seguridad y de que realmente disfrutes la experiencia. No importa si eres principiante o ya tienes experiencia: se adapta perfectamente a cada persona y nunca sientes que estás haciendo un tour turístico genérico. Además, habla excelente inglés, tiene muy buena actitud y realmente se nota la pasión que tiene por el mar y por su trabajo. Para mí ya es una persona de confianza cada vez que quiero hacer alguna actividad en el agua por la zona. Si están en Tulum y quieren conocer Casa Cenote de una manera auténtica y con alguien que realmente sabe lo que hace, Oswaldo es la persona indicada. Servicio de 10/10. Lo recomiendo completamente y definitivamente seguiré regresando con él. P.D. Y un detalle que hace todavía mejor la experiencia: en varias de nuestras salidas de pesca hemos terminado preparando juntos un ceviche o algún plato con el pescado que logramos capturar ese mismo día. Es una excelente manera de cerrar la jornada y hace que toda la experiencia se sienta todavía más auténtica y especial.
